All ticket quotes are for one (1) ticket and payable in US funds. Ticket prices reflect our cost of obtaining premium seating. The price is based on supply and demand along with the seat location. Because tickets are bought and sold in the secondary market, prices are subject to change at any time.
All ticket orders placed on our website will be confirmed by a return phone call by a Neversoldout.com agent or by e-mail during our normal business hours. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Orders Must be shipped to the Billing address of the Credit Card.
Once an order is CONFIRMED there are NO refunds or cancellations.
All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by a Neversoldout.com agent.
Online orders placed after 5PM (EST) will not be processed until the next business day (Monday-Friday).
Cancelled events that are NOT rescheduled will be refunded. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
Baseball games that are rained out will be refunded. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
Postponed events CANNOT be refunded, your tickets will be honored for the new date. New tickets will not be needed.
Safeguard your tickets. Tickets will NOT be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Direct sunlight or heat will damage tickets.
